Autonoumous Robotics Classes

 

I am considering running a 2 day “Start Here” autonomous robotics class based on, and extending from, the LMR start here robot except it will use an Arduino instead of Picaxe. The classes will be followed by a small competition day a few weeks later to allow people to "show off" what they have learned and how they have extended it.

 

Day 1

1. Build the robot

2. PID motor control

3. Object avoidance

 

 

Day 2

1. Localization

2. Waypoint targeting

 

 

Day 3 Competition

1. Navigate autonomously to predetermined set of point.
